Mijn naam is Erik Slotboom. Ik ben een bruggen-bouwer, een verbinder van mensen. De dialoog aangaan betekent voor mij de eerste stap naar positieve verandering. Samenwerking de sleutel voor mooie resultaten.
Als trainer en coach help ik mensen, teams en organisaties om tot bloei te komen. Hierbij ligt mijn kracht in het ruimte geven aan eigen verantwoordelijkheid, mijn eigen organisatievermogen en in mijn coachende manier van leidinggeven. Mijn focus ligt altijd op het ondernemen van concrete acties, waarbij een blijvende, positieve impact op individu, organisatie en de wereld niet uit het oog wordt verloren. Oftewel People, Planet, Profit.
De afgelopen jaren heb ik ruime ervaring opgebouwd in het begeleiden en coachen van teams. Ik voel me thuis zowel in grote organisaties met grootschalige programma’s als bij kleine startups. Mijn specialisme is het begeleiden van IT-teams bij het leren werken met Scrum.
